It's Patrick's Day!

Yep, that's right, today is Patrick's Day, or as everyone else probably calls it St. Patrick's Day. I honor of my 1/8 Irish I got all decked out in green with my t-shirt that said "Lucky to be Me" and my pretty hair clip from Monica.
I loved today. Mommy and I made a quick stop at Goldsteins for some green bagels before school. Then when we got to school I felt the need to be silly and play with Mommy before we went into school. I love Patrick's Day and can't wait for next year.

I Got To Go To Dinner With Mommy Tonight.

Tonight Mommy got home at 6:30. Right when she got home we went to dinner and walked around the mall. We had dinner at Cheesecake Factory since Mommy had to get a cheesecake for her bosses birthday tomorrow.

After dinner we went to Barnes and Noble so Daddy could get a new book..... I also got three new books. After Mommy and I picked my books we went to find Daddy. While waiting for Daddy to pick his book I thought we should look at all the books.

It was a nice night with BOTH Mommy and Daddy. Mommy told me there is only about a month left of tax time then she will be mine for 8 months. I love my Mommy and miss her a lot.

A Family Day

As a family we spent our afternoon at Redondo Beach Pier. Mommy had planned to release balloons in Sophia's memory but instead we came across something that was so perfect to celebrate Sophia.

This was the second time I had been to Redondo Beach. The first time was when I was 8 days old. It was my first outing as a family that did not include the doctors office, hospital or shopping.

Redondo Beach was having the Kite Festival. I got to participate in a drum circle, walk on the beach and see all the pretty kites. Mommy said they symbolized Sophia with all of her friends.

As soon as I saw the water I told Mommy I wanted to take off my clothes and run around in my "Kini" but Mommy said it was too cold. I also told Daddy I needed to go home and get a surf board. Mommy said Papa would be proud.

We had a nice time just walking around and enjoying the kites. Of course my favorite kite was the panda bear kite. I can't wait to go back to the beach again sometime.

A Day At the Races

Today after the beach we went to Los Alamitos Race Track. It was the first time I have been to "see the pony's" we only stayed for three races but we had a fun evening. I did not like all the sitting but maybe when I am a little older we might try it again.

Next Stop On Daddy Birthday Tour......

Dinner with Grandma, Grandpa and Nino. We went to Daddy's favorite Northwoods Inn. While we were waiting for everyone else to get there Daddy & I played some video games. Daddy was teaching me to play Miss Pacman.

We had a nice dinner. After dinner we went to back to Grandma & Grandpa's house for birthday cake. I was very eager to get the show on the road because I love birthday cake. We said goodnight to everyone and went home.

I had a fun day today and am happy I got to spend time with both Mommy and Daddy.

Trying Something New

Today after our quick trip to California Adventure, Daddy decided he wanted to have lunch at the Grand California Hotel. So we went to the Storytellers Cafe.

My thoughts were it was very cold inside, but other wise it was nice and quiet and we had a nice lunch, Mommy, Daddy & I.

PS- Pardon the grapes in my mouth but Mommy thought this was a cute picture of me.

Starting to Celebrate Daddy's Birthday

This morning after Mommy made breakfast we decided to go to California Adventure to celebrate Daddy's birthday. We only spent a couple hours at California Adventure but we had a nice time. We rode most of our usual rides and of course had Daddy's favorite Churros. While riding King Triton's Carousel Daddy and I practiced our silly faces, which is always fun.
